Was due to be refunded a non-incident fee from a property that Steve had taken over. After months waiting for the original owner to refund to no avail Steve refunded me the money that I was owed ultimately leaving him out of pocket. Steve was genuine and helpful and went over and above to ensure we were refunded.

Steve was the consummate professional during the one year plus of looking at houses. My schedule was such that I wasn't available to visit properties during the weekend meaning during the week he had to make arrangements for me to see an incredible number of possibilities. Always quick to return my calls and answer my questions, Steve remained patient throughout the process. Just as I had given up hope of finding anything worthwhile, a last-minute look at a listing ended up being the property we purchased.
