Hello, I wanted to share some honest feedback about my recent visit. While I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received from the doctor and the staff upstairs, my experience downstairs while selecting glasses left me feeling very uncomfortable. I felt judged and unwelcome, not because of anything that was explicitly said, but because of the atmosphere, tone, and body language.
