Steve is widely knowledgeable and has a very strong understanding of everything to do with the housing market and the houses themselves. He is very meticulous when it comes to showing his clients a house and looks at the house through multiple lenses, whether it be his professional former background or his realtor background. He is a phenomenal realtor and I would 100% recommend him to any of my family or friends that are looking at purchasing a home.
Steve went above and beyond in caring for our property after our out-of-state move. During the time we took it off the market in the winter, Steve regularly checked in to make sure everything was functioning. He "de-winterized" in the spring and helped us out with a number of repairs. He was always available, returned calls promptly, and kept us informed of developments during the showing period. He did much more than just find a buyer. I cannot recommend him too highly.
Steve sold 2 properties for me. He went out of his way to make sure the process was easy and smooth. He even went above and beyond to make the properties sellable as I don't live in CR. He is super nice and communication was outstanding.
