Steve was great to work with. He always responded in a timely manner and I never felt like I was bothering him. Not sure if we will ever move again because moving sucks but if we do Steve is my first choice.

We met Steve in 2007 when we bought our first home in Iowa, and it was obvious to us from our first dealings with him that we would definitely be working with him again in the future. It took thirteen more years before we were ready to buy again, but as expected and just like the first time, Steve made the process easy. He is always quick to respond to any and all inquiries, and has a wealth of construction knowledge as well as trusted contacts. A+ realtor! Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be super stressful, but working with Steve made the process so much easier. He was always in contact about what was going on, reassuring us every step of the way. He even made sure that he was available while he was on vacation! Steve is a great person, always cheerful and positive. You can really tell that he cares about his clients and is passionate about his work. We highly recommend him!

Steve comes with years of experience and knowledge. He knows about houses (drywall, electrical, etc) so he is always looking out for possible issues with homes. I’ve worked with Steve for about 9 years on 4 different house purchases.

Pure pleasure to work with!!! This is my second time using Steve and don't see a reason to go with anyone else! This property was out of town and Steve made multiple trips for what would wind up being a modest commission. He truly enjoys what he does and it shows through his success! GREAT RESULTS!!!
