You will NOT get a deposit return from these people REGARDLESS of what is done! You’re better off considering your deposit as a “parting gift” upon move out! They will ensure that what’s refunded to you is a pure joke! This is after I spent $700 plus abiding to their “move out “ policy. Absolute robbery! Stay clear!!
Don’t expect your deposit back from the “team”; they promise you the world and keep your deposit. I would highly recommend that any military stay away from this company.
Lack of transparency, professionalism, communication, and expertise has made conducting business an unpleasant experience.

I have known Steve Doll for about 45 years and Donna Doll for 50 years. They are both some of the most honest and kind people who have ever been in my life. They are very loyal hard working family people who have dedicated themselves to their family and their community.
They were able to get my house rented in 4 days; I highly recommend them.
