Steve coury ford are horrible people. We bought gap insurance. They took our $800.00 and pocketed it. We don't have gap never did. They refuse to give us our refund. Lincoln hides in his office for hours while we are in the lobby waiting. He refuses to answer our calls. Very unprofessional. We have bought 3 cars from them. We won't be buying any more cars from Steve Coury. Still want my refund!!!So be aware. If you bought gap insurance from Steve Coury you might want to check to make sure you actually have it.

Just got cussed out by the service manager, Mark Elsberry, because they charged me for a service that they didn't complete.....and when he promised to get a refund but then never called or checked back with me I filled out a Ford customer survey very honestly 2 weeks after talking to him. Now he yells at me telling me that my "bull-sh*t, piece of sh*t survey" cost him more than my service and "I'm not getting my money back" and hangs up on me! We had the BeSt experience with your service department! You got the part in quickly and were efficient in completing the job. My husband wants us to bring the car up from the valley for all our service needs. Nice work guys!!

Update. Had some issues with Steve Coury Ford and the purchase of a new vehicle and payoff of my trade-in. Employee Shad Leblance reached out to me and answered/clarified many questions and issues that were present. Waiting for payoff of trade-in vehicle, but Shad assured me he would take care of that. Pleased with his call back to me, thanks Shad.

Dropped my car of today at 7:45am (had an 8 am appt). The guys said it would take about an hour and asked if I was going wait at dealership, said no husband getting me. They said, ok, we'll call as soon as it's ready. 12:30 pm rolls around and I still haven't heard anything, so I call them and they yes it's ready. What a pleasant buying experience we had today. Justin Smith was a breath of fresh air among car salesmen. He was very attentive, vey personal, always with a nice smile on his face. He took time to ride with my husband while he test drove the truck pulling our trailer along. Justin spent a lot of time to walk us thru the new truck features. My grandparent Phil and Arlene had a wonderful experience here. Broke down on their way to Payson and they had the car fixed and ready to go within 4 hours. Bobby Gonzales and Mark Elsberry took great care of them with awesome customer service. Mark really went above and beyond to get them out of there quick when it could have taken more than a day.
