RecommendedI was in a bind Saturday. My 2012 F350 king ranch pickup let me down. The hose from the inter cooler to the turbo blew going up rye hill pulling my camp trailer. I limped it I to town. Joe in the parts department was VERY HELPFUL. He got me the part I needed and my family and I were on our way. Thank you Joe and steve curry Ford for your help!

RecommendedI normally never leave a review for a business. But I felt like I had to because of the absolutely incredible job the service team was. Had a misfire on one of my cylinders and I called just to see if it was possible to get it fixed today or maybe tomorrow as I was in a hurry to get to my next duty station. No hesitation whatsoever from them and got me in not only to diagnose the problem, but also fix it in a matter of hours and got me back on the road. Totally dishonest dealership! We paid off a lease on our Ford F150 in July, 2018 & Steve Coury Ford has still not sent the funds to Ford Credit. Instead they sent them 2 bad checks, which means more than 4 months later, I can not get my title to this truck. Obviously they are having severe financial problems. I certainly would not recommend that anyone engage in business with them at this time.

I just wanted to send a shout out to Justin for saving me to today. I lost two tires on my Dodge Ram and he went out of his way after hours to not only tow my truck but put two new great tires on it as well! Thanks buddy! That was a job well done!
I have never been to a dealership as incompetent and a bunch of liers as Steve COURY FORD's management department!! Still waiting for them to payoff my trade-in after over 100 days. They have a million excuses and excuses. Will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to anyone!
Steve Coury Ford is the worst place ever to buy a car they cheat you out of your title they wait for months and then they blame you for it we paid cash for a car there they said it was his son's car we now move to Oklahoma Ada Oklahoma I am Chickasaw Native American and I will never ever buy another Ford or car for any fact from Steve Coury Ford due to the fact that he did not issue as a title and they were late over two months getting us the title the car's a piece of crap never trust in court for it or the lady that works ... read more
