Watch their business practice. I paid a full deposit a month ago, but they never sent a contract "in a couple of days" like they said. Then they sent an email that they were downgrading my room, do you agree or else, and gave only a days notice. They also said the room was now $900, not the agreed $600. Huh? They were anxious to get deposit in hand but they didn't honor their own terms. It is an old game with tricking students

Living at the Regent was the WORST experience I have ever had!! First off they do roommate matching and matched me with a girl that had a very different living style. We weren't even matched the same time when we go to bed. This of course was all of my trouble. The girl stays up all night in the early morning hours making a noise, then shes too tired to get up for her morning classes so her alarm would go off at 5am and would repeat for hours because she would hit the snooze every time. Lived here for a couple years and have learned that.... when they say you get a parking space, you don't always get one. If you call, good luck talking to someone or getting a call back. Nobody can give you answers they ALWAYS speak to their supervisor. took me nearly 2 months to talk about some charge that shouldn't have been there in the first place, the maintenance was horrible.
