do not ever complaine or write a bad review about this place, they will shun you. They will refuse to give you service, either on your vehicle, buying parts, or calling to ask questions. They will refuse to help with anything then the employees will become rude and hang up on you if you ever call back. Fantastic and trustworthy folks. If you are not doing business at Steve Austin's, why not? $6 Million Dollar People.
Had a great experience buying my truck there today. I called them yesterday about a few trucks that they had. Did the online pre-application went the next morning test drove a truck and bought It all within an hour and a half great service very politen. And they also gave me a great price for my trade in.
Poor customer service, you should treat people that spend money there with more respect....
