I bought my mattress from Stern's nearly a month ago and I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service is excellent, as is the quality of the mattress. I will definitely stop here the next time I need furniture.

I honestly don't know what these other reviewers are saying... The customer service was great and the recliner I got was perfect. The owner, Gerry, is a great guy who works to help customers. A really genuine guy. I will come back for more furniture!

Ordered 2 LEATHER recliners. Waited 2 months for delivery. Stated pointing out crooked stitching & misaligned snaps to delivery person. He assured me these problems would resolve themselves when the leather relaxed. Said it was crushed from being in box. Tried to smooth seam from inside next day, opened zipper & realized chairs aren't even all leather. They are more vinyl than leather although the # on my order is a leather # not a leather/vinyl #. avoid like the plague. took my money,never ordered the materials to have his contractor manufacture my furniture . after 2 months & nothing done ,cancelled & refuses to return my deposit. he is not even a mfg. like he claimed,, Owner,Jerry makes promises & his word is worthless,doesn't answer his phone or his little helper Harvey says snot in when he sitting next to him, has a million excuses for not doing what he promised,. . do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. for your furniture.
