Richard, Brian, Mike in Service and Rene in Parts are among the few employees left at Sterne who truly exhibit empathy, compassion, and a sophisticated sense of customer service. Both are equally fantastic at what they do. To be honest, the only reason I continue to return to Sterne is because of Richard and the combined service team as well as Brian, who is also excellent. I recently came in to get my Crosstour serviced and Sterne Acura has always been transparent and very welcoming. The service is amazing, the communication is outstanding and I feel so at home at this dealership. Shoutout to Rene and Michael.
