**EDITED REVIEW** My husband went in on the same day and had a completely different experience from the same guy. Dropped down to 3 stars. They are open early and prices are reasonable, but service depends on the mood of the guy helping you, and ostensibly how you look? ORIGINAL REVIEW: Are you kidding me? I bought two cartridges for Grohe part as I did not know which one is correct and then when I went to return one of the two and they had agree to take it back but they said we don’t take it back as small plastic bag was broken . Same exact product on Amazon sold for $25 which they charged me $65 dollars . Tell you how to deal with this place is take the part home and do not open the pack just find out same part from Amazon and return it before 10 days . They are very over priced and yes unethical .
I’m not coming back here. They don’t help you, they just belittle you for not being as knowledgeable as them.
