Sold me a total lemon. Promised laundry facilities, but these have not been operational since my move-in and it's been 9 months now. The building are slumlords who don't repair anything in a timely manner or at all if you don't hound them. I was not warned about any of this.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but dealing with Michael from Sterling23 was not pleasant. I submitted all necessary paperwork and paid the application fee. Yet, after days of waiting, I had to chase him down for an update, only to be told my offer was declined from the landlord with no further explanation. This unprofessional behavior has made me wary of working with inexperienced individuals, especially those as young as him.

I had an amazing experience working with Sterling, specifically with Yulia and Margarita. They were super helpful and responsive, addressing of all my questions and concerns and helping me find alternative solutions for some complex situations. I'd recommend working with them.
