Terrible experience, they want a certain kind of person to take the units they list and will not budge on that. Bare bones in terms of communication, I would rather pay a brokers fee to a subway rat to find me a rental at this rate.
They found the exact apartment I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a new place, I highly recommend Sterling23 they'll help you find exactly what you're looking for! ☺️
Bad customer service. I applied to few rental listings, they will respond asking bunch of personal questions and if they don’t like your answers they will ghost you and stop replying. At least email that says “I’m sorry, we’re looking for this and this..” would be great and appreciated but this is poor customer service !!!
