We really appreciate our new siding, and how David Lance dealt with our questions before, during, and after the project. We just place the order on our next. (Meantime, Sterling's been working with a neighbor up the street and recently took an order from a co-worker).

We were happy with the installation of our windows. I’ve even previously recommended Sterling windows to others. I felt good knowing they have a lifetime warranty. So, today I called due to a problem with one of our windows. Turns out they have a $100 “trip charge” for anyone to come out. Their ‘lifetime’ warranty is misleading. It’s a real shame because they do so well at so many other aspects of their business. Purchased replacement windows for my house. Was told if anything happened to them, even if a ball was thrown through one and broke it, they would be replaced or repaired for free. I was happy with this until one of my bedroom windows tore up and will not stay up. I called them and they said it will be a $200 service call to come out and fix the window. They didn't mention that part. Currently the window is propped up with a stick. This makes me sick. Be sure and get the full details before dealing with the company.
I thought the salesman was great! Really knew what he was talking about, and offered me a competitive price from all the others I’d looked at. Worked with me, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I’ve had my windows for almost a year now and still very happy with them!
Called to request a bid for window repairs and possible replacement. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful, very short with us, and went so far as to say we were "too vague" with our request and no one would come see the windows because we were "so vague."
No after sale customer service. I couldn't get a return phone call from my salesman, David Lance, after I gave them my payment.
