This place does not value your time. The first time taking my son in we were early for our appointment but waited over an hour to be seen. Saw Dr. Hightower and thought she was very kind and was the only reason I decided to give them another shot. Scheduled his 1 year check up. We get there early as one does. Appt scheduled for 10:30. Worst doctor office ever. If your reading this please do not go here i am warning you in advance and if you decide to go here and have the worst experience ever, dont say i didnt tell you so. I wish i could give zero stars. Unprofessional, rude, they dont care about your time or your schedule. Shut this place down or get a completely new staff. I was referred to this practice and called to schedule a new patient appointment due to being new in the area. My first call, message, was never returned. I called back. The woman on the phone was rude. She had an attitude and said the practice wasn’t accepting new patients. Which is fine. However, before I could speak she got snarky and said “like at all.
