5 stars! I requested an inspection of the vents in our house, as we are considering having them cleaned. ***** was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took pictures and provided his verbal evaluation and made three recommendations and is sending me estimates. He provides a very useful service and I would definitely use Sterling Services again. They always provide very good service with knowledgeable people. ***** T
What a great service! AC went out in Aug. Sterling came out and gave me 3 different options which were all reasonable. They gave me a portable AC unit to use while the full unit was being delivered and installed. *** was my salesman, and ***** and **** were the installers, what a great team! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. I'm really happy with their services.
My fianc and I moved into our first house together a couple weeks ago and we were told to have our HVAC serviced. ********************* was very patient, addressed what problems we had and was able to take care of them the same day! He even made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving too! Would highly recommend this company to anyone. :)

OMG. I wish more service vendors were as good as Sterling Services.AC went out in July while we were out of town and my oldest daughter was house sitt**** Called soooo many places that were either gouging on prices or could not get the higher quality unit we wanted for weeks out. I don't know why I didn't think of Sterling first. We have used them in the past and were quite happy with the work both A/C and plumb****I will not be making that mistake again. Sterlings technicians are honest, informative and knowledgeable. They were on time and respectful of my home.
Purchased a new AC and very happy with work, response & service. Installers **** and ******* really cared about doing their job correctly and it showed. Nice to find such a caring, professional company.
