Horrific property management company. They manage the building I work in and decided to cancel my parking for no reason. Parking that was pre-paid and they still haven't given me a refund. Avoid them like the plague, if you can. They don't care about upholding their end of things. Our office had water damage and they way it's been handled should be an embarrassment to anyone in this business.
