I have been a patient at Sterling Primary Cool Springs location for almost 10 years. The providers here have been pleasant and professional, despite some transitions. Recently, this office closed with no notice us patients. I did not get any notice by phone, email or letter. I needed medication refilled and there was no response despite attempts by pharmacy, and me via portal. Why were there no measures taken to avoid this disruption to patients? This is not acceptable!! Front desk associate was very rude and we asked to speak to a manager who was also rude with a scowl on his face. We left before even seeing the doctor. Unbelievable! This should never happen. It’s called health care and it begins with the front office staff. Found an amazing Doctor and incredible staff somewhere else.
Better to avoid this place, went to physicals visited Doctor Travis Brewer. they never followed up with the results, waited for 10 days multiple follow up calls to doctor Nurse and the Front office left VM's no response, i had to drive back to the clinic to get my results. No follow up call to inform what care needs to be taken based on the results. Better to look out for a different clinic
This primary care deserves a minus rating if that existed. Went in there due to concerns I had about my health, Travis and his man nurse took care of me and it has been 4 months with no call or follow up on my test results. Test results were only sent to the portal, not a call or anything explaining a thing. HORRIBLE PLACE AND DOCTOR, STAY AWAY!!!
I finally loved my doctor as Mary Pfieffer is just great but the office staff is so terrible I finally had to quit today and start the search for someone new. After my third cancelled appointment (day of cancellations from them), they called today to blame me for booking the wrong amount of time and tell me I could come but only talk about one thing for 15 minutes.
