Sterling is the contracted plumber for the new construction homes in my neighborhood, including mine. We had plumbing issues within first year. Backed up from laundry out flow. Once backup happened, I had non-affiliated plumbing company come out with video scope and detected construction nails in the line. The next day Sterling plumbing came out with a technician and camera, and concluded they didn’t know what blocked the pipe and said it was possibly toilet paper. Helpful for builder to have plumbing company misdiagnose.
