Hi! I just wanted to say thank you to Nicole Califf. She is so friendly and helpful. The other day she helped me with my FedEx package a folding table. She picked it up, walked it downstairs, and put it in my cart with out hesitation. Took me by suprise and I couldn't get over it. Now that is customer service. The entire staff is great here but I felt she really went the extra mile. Thank you!
I like living at Sterling Pelham. The prices are great for the location and quality of the apartments. Maintenance comes the same day if not the next. Staff is always friendly.
