RecommendedThe staff here are very friendly and kind. They are always helpful to me. The location is very good also. I've lived in a few apartment complexes, and I've lived the longest here at Sterling Pelham Apartments. Staff always has an ear to listen and try to help. Thank you, folks, so much!

Parking isn't that great especially if get off of work past 8pm. Has a workout facility, but have to purchase a card to access after 6pm. Laundry facility needs a card as well and the area is dirty and isn't secure. After living here for over two months I wouldn't recommend due to price of the monthly rent and lack of access to the amenities they offered.
I've been here for about 4 months now & absolutely love it!! I've lived in several different apartments since moving here & I have never seen such a great maintenance staff!! We've had an issue with our AC and today they came out and not only replaced the outside unit but the inside as well. Any problems we have they go over and beyond to fix it. The ladies and men working in the office are helpful and professional. I definitely recommend sterling Pelham!!
Great place with Great people. the staff is always willing to help. Ive been living here for 2 years and maintence happens in a very timely fashion. i will be upgrading to a 2 room here soon with a big thanks to Morgan Jackson for helping things go along so smoothly. cant wait to move in to the new place :D
The staff at Sterling Pelham have always been informative, and professional. The Maintenance Team does such a good job around here. Especially Alex!

I lived at sterling Pelham for 2 years. And I loved it! We had issues every once in a while. But the good news is Maintence is very prompt here. Travis and mark do a really good job. The new assistant manager Rod is amazing as well! If it wasn't for Morgan Jackson, we would not have moved in here. He was patient, with my roommates and I. He really does care for the residents here. Were going to miss staying here at Pelham. Thanks for everything!
