The management is awful. I lived between the two properties for 9 years and I seen about 11 to 12 managers, I Just moved and they charge all these fees for things that was broke inn the apartment when I move in. The property has many issues such as drugs activity, car thefts, and a camera system that doesn't work , it just there for show, but it do not working. The new management that we got sucks
apparently, Sterling Park Apartments is pet-friendly, but not child friendly! yet another playground was probably yanked out for a freakin' dog park. nice move!!!!!!!!
They are taking away families freedoms rather then helping the community. For them it's money over humanity...steer clear! They also delete your comments and opinions from their Facebook page rather than replying to them...cowardly management.
