I bought a Passport 2023 in the year 2022. At closing I was told two policies were necessary to buy the car. Total cost was $3000 for them. One was to cover glass damage. The other was for paint protection and interior damage. These two were in addition to the 3 month Honda Warranty. Two years later, I traded the Passport in for a 2025 Honda Pilot in Tyler Texas. WISH I CAN PUT 0 STARS , I TRIED TO GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 2 WEEKS AGO . I DONT GET OFF TIL 8PM SO I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING VIA PHONE , THE EMPLOYEE NAMED Traveon **** RAN MY CREDIT AND TOLD ME THE AMOUNT OF THE CAR I CAN GET SO I LOOKED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SEND HIM CARS AND HE NEVER RESPONDED BACK ! I tried to purchase a vehicle from leo ******** at the dealership. I found a vehicle stock LL867335. He was kind enough to message me he was getting it from another location to the Kingwood location. I set up an apt to co m.j e purchase after I got pre approved sending my license, social, W2, work info ect. This did a hard inquiry on my credit score which does drop it. Worst dealership In Houston customer service is terrible when I purchased my vehicle it was missing two trim pieces was suppose to order them back in October 2023 I called every month asking about them finally decided to go up there April 2024 now no one knows about trim pieces except sales person.Magers offers some stickers off of ******.

Disheartening Experience - Unfulfilled Warranty Promise ?? I recently purchased a 21’ Honda Pilot from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I would just like to say the they sold me a Chevy silverado with a bad motor( motor gone before a month having it) knowingly and with your one sides contract that’s only good for your business and not the customers u take advantage of. I hope everyone see this and learns from me that your company will see a 22000$ vehicle to someone with a bad motor . So far horrible experience. In the practice of SPOT DELIVERY, they send home thinking you got one APR through one lender just to tell the next day you aren't approved and your APR will go up. Shady practice. They said if you sign the contract is legal but they can change the terms and APR which should void the contract. Giving me the Hassel and run around to cancel for a car they don't even have. They also state your APR IS BASE ON WARRANTY that you have to buy to get lower APR. Will be filing a complaint.

It's not worth doing business with this company. I bought a car there in 2017 while also selling my personal information. Since then, I've gotten texts, emails, calls, and letters about different deals. More often than not, they're trying to get me to trade up to a newer car for a way, way higher interest rate. I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and I was in need of a more comfortable ride. The team at Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood was very helpful in my purchase of a Honda Odyssey. Besides the fact that the car rides like a dream, I no longer needed to crawl into the hatchback of my old Mazda CX5 and lay down for trips to the VA Hospital while someone else drove me.
