My experience with Sterling McCall Buick GMC 10422 Southwest Fwy Bldg D Houston, TX was horrible last week March 2018 !!! Last year 2017 the GMC dealership said I had engine problems so they used my warranty policy up the max of "$TEN Thousand Dollars" of work and patch up my 2007 GMC Acadia and still couldn't fix the problems. I had to keep taking it back for the same problems. Eugene Martin the Manager, period. Very bad service. Upon picking up the car, some items (originally present when I test drove the car) missing from car. when approached Eugene and Josh, they ignored me.
Very satisfied with David Taylor Service Advisor, they keep up the good work i may be buying a new Veh. soon and may consider this dealership because of service department
My Dad bought his first Buick in 1970, and for more than 30 years, he has been very happy with every Buick he has purchased.
