RecommendedTypically have a good experience at Sterling McCall but not today. My issue was not resolved. I waited over 30 minutes After I paid and got my paperwork for my car to go through the wash. This is 30 minutes After the service advisor said your car is coming right out and then he was nowhere to be found. Didn’t find out until after I got home that my interior light still didn’t work yet they changed the bulb. Not at all happy
Don’t go to service center there. Very poor customer service. The customer representative has no patient and provided a wrong amount without any excuses. The atmosphere is not friendly at all.

Great service, Christian did a great job explaining all the work that was going to be done
I brought my rdx in for service and while being serviced my vehicle was bumped into. After speaking to my service adviser, he contacted the service manager. The service manager said he could not see that it had occurred. He said he could investigate the matter but it would take a while. He still would not accept that the event happened. I did not seek repair or reimbursement only acknowledgment from the person responsible. I will NEVER bring my vehicle here again
Great customer service starting from as soon as I dropped off my car. Juan was informative and the service was fast. I've never had an issue at this Acura dealership.
