I brought the ILX in for a regular checkup. The appointment process is simple and quick. During my checkin, I just drop off the car and walked inside the waiting area. Within 10 min., the service manager greeted me along with a trainee to explain all the steps in exquisite details what they will perform on the vehicle. I got a phone call when the car is ready. Job well done and I’m happy.

Sterling McCall Acura went above and beyond getting the problem fixed pertaining to my vehicle. They offer a loaner car to you why they take care of the repairs to your vehicle. They have great service technicians especially service technician Juan who did a excellent job in taking care of my vehicle and made sure I was kept informed as far as my vehicle was concerned. I would recommend sterling McCall to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
