RecommendedI brought the ILX in for a regular checkup. The appointment process is simple and quick. During my checkin, I just drop off the car and walked inside the waiting area. Within 10 min., the service manager greeted me along with a trainee to explain all the steps in exquisite details what they will perform on the vehicle. I got a phone call when the car is ready. Job well done and I’m happy.
