Bobby Patel from finance was extremely helpful he put his 100% effort for me in getting my new car. The salesman was a bit awkard at first. I saw the car that i like but he dont show me the entire feature of the car when we did the test drive. No explanation like normally when someone tried to sell you a car. Not informative at all. They need someone energetic in sales department. It looks like he just have a rough night or something like that. Customer service need some development for a better service. Impeccable service, no one can compare! My car is always their top priority regardless if it's a simple oil change or major recall. I can't say enough about my service advisor Christian Gonzalez he's keeps me in the loop about ever detail on the work being done. If there's any changes he makes sure I understand why something's wrong. I don't ever have to worry about being car less or stranded if my vehicle is expected to stay longer. If you want top notch service and work look no further!!
