My MDX had a recall for which I thought would only take 30 minutes of my time, ended up having to leave my SUV behind overnight. On top of that, they were not able to loan me their cars, but had me rent a car from enterprise. That’s fine for me, but they wouldn’t give me a car compatible to my SUV and gave me a small Toyota 4 door car. RecommendedThe guy who checked in my car for appointment was really nice. Ismael Venegas was my service advisor. Compared to the service advisor I met on Monday. He was very professional and helpful. Next time I go there, I would prefer him as my service advisor. When there was no shuttle available, he offered to call uber. He even help carry my work back pack to the uber. He really made me feel special. Thank you Ishmael
