We just completed a purchase transaction with our agent, Christopher Gough. As the transaction moved toward closing, many complications came up. There was a lot of division that needed to be done, a party wall agreement, and one of the 2 couples that owned the subject property were divorcing. This is a very difficult market and Christopher has brought us two contracts on our two properties that we have in Snohomish. Christopher has really gone the extra mile, even helping us move furniture and checking up to see that the maid cleaned the unit.
