The customer service here is horrible. I bought a car from them on Friday. The car had a couple of things wrong, so I gave them time to fix them. I told them, since I just got my wife out of the hospital and she is unable to drive, that I would send a tow truck for the car. They refused to release the vehicle to the tow truck even After my verbal authorization. Their attitude is flippant and they do not care. I, unfortunately, cannot drive two cars at one time and have no way to pick it up. We are at an impasse.
Wonderful Experience – I had a wonderful experience with these guys. My credit isn't that good, so I called them after hearing that they deal with people who have bad credit. And low and behold, they were able to get my into a nice used Chevy truck. The car is phenomenal also.
Great people, and great prices – I bought a used truck from sterling and its an awesome truck, and a great price.
