Good morning, I wanted to take the time to THANK MARIO for going above and beyond! I have been trying to get the trees behind my fence line cut down. Mario heard my concern and immediately started working on my behalf getting connected to the department that handles this type of requests. I came through here to see if there was any houses for sale, however as soon as i passed the sterling green sign i heard six gun shots. I was scared for my life and did a uturn fast af.
I would just like to say that Stephanie was an awesome help.. She went out her way and had so much patience, repeating herself three times in assisting me with my parent’s payment. She was not in a hurry to get me off the phone. Extremely professional and very polite!! She did not one time give me any type of attitude during the three phone calls that I made every 5 mins apart. Totally wish there were more people like her!!

I recently moved. The front office made everything simple. Provided me information. They gave me the full process for getting Pool access (wish it didn’t have to be money order) but they let me know ahead of time. The park closes at 7 before it starts getting dark but they didn’t physically close it til much later which gave us time to enjoy it in the summer. They were very nice.
