I use this florist 3-4 times per month, they have wonderful arrangements and are always helpful. The recipients are always thrilled when they receive them!
Sterling Gardens did a wonderful job providing flowers for my wedding in July. I was in love with my bridal bouquet (I ended up drying it and have it as a keepsake!) They also did a fantastic job with the flowers for my wedding party and for my arbor. I forgot to order a flower topper for my wedding cake and was able to add them to my order over the phone at the last minute. No complaints!
The flowers (ordered through 1-Stop Florists) were delivered 2 days late..Flowers were for my little sister's memorial...This was quite upsetting...Will not ever do business again with Sterling!!
I ordered flowers for a funeral. I chose a bouquet from the web site. When I looked for the flowers at the service, I discovered they did not send what I requested. When I called to say how disappointed I was, the person was rude and defensive. Not once did anyone say I'm sorry, or explain why I wasn't contacted if the bouquet I ordered was not available.
What I ordered and what I received. This expensive piece is empty and sad looking, missing roses, not same vase, and so forth. This was for my mothers 50th Birthday and it isn’t acceptable for what is advertised. Never order from here again.
