Absolutely terrible company. Awful customer service. They do not stand by their products. DO NOT HIRE
Sterling is the absolute worst company I have had work for me. My floors were started in September and suppose to take 1 day but on the 2nd day they didn't have the correct supplies and had to special order them, which took 2 weeks. I have glue on my floor from them that will not come up, pieces were cut wrong, flat molding the separate each rooms are all lifting, every one of them! They damaged my washer machine, kick plates under my cabinets and one of my baseboards heaters. The 2 owners and workers are absolutely clueless... read more
