Friendly and efficient staff!
Really impressed with my first visit here. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the office itself is brand new with great equipment. They also had a great selection of frames to choose from. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
Dr. Griffin is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided exceptional care. Her staff reflects the same level of professionalism and kindness. A truly excellent office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They are entering in odd codes and insurance wont cover anything even though we looked and we have coverage. They also took my husbands sunglasses months ago to to try to make prescription lenses and it's been months and they have not called or returned sunglasses that cost over $100. I'm missing the old ownership and will be looking for a new eye doctor.
This is a great team, very thorough and knowledgeable, they take into account previous patient experience to tailor their treatment so you feel heard and satisfied! Great selection of frames, too.
