This apartment has been a pain in my families life the management may be new but valvecorp group who owns sterling crest still they have worked through will never give you your deposit. my wife called that we have never recieved our deposit and they called back saying they would help us out and get it processed and we have heard nothing after they said we are entitled to our deposit back. It's been 10 months texas law says a deposit mush have been returned to the resident within 30 days and its been 10 months. we are still c... read more
Lovely complex with a matching lovely staff very professional and friendly. Maintenance personnel are professional and prompt as well. A total win win when we found this gem!
Just be aware that as of now onsite laundry room has not been maintained. Have been wasting time and money trying the machines. Some say out of service. The ones that don’t also don’t work properly
