would’ve given it one star, but I gave it an extra star because if you’re basing everything on price, the rent between two people decently affordable. However, because of the low prices, the quality and character of those you live around is questionable. Dealt with 2 loud upstairs neighbors. I was desperate looking for a place close to my job when I found the apartment. My rent was 1360 but always paid over $1550…even when I wasn’t late paying. When it rained the water would leak in my kitchen window..the tub was painted and from day 1 the paint chipped off every time I would take a bath. The walls are uneven and my refrigerator shelf was cracked and I couldn’t use the bottom rack when I reported when I 1st moved in.
