I love living here but our AC has been broken since the middle of July. We have put in several requests with no help from maintenance. There are pets in the home and our temperatures are getting up to 87 degrees in the day, following all of the guidelines that they told us to keep our AC functioning. Our room gets as hot as 90 degrees sometimes and no one gives a flying fig. Maybe putting something on here will finally make someone do something. Moving all the way from Georgia to Texas was a massive transition, but Melanie was an absolute lifesaver! She is hands down the best leasing professional we have ever worked with. I recently toured this community, and Sabrina was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a place to live. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to answer all of my questions made the experience both enjoyable and informative.
