They love taking in money and doing very little with it. Not a safe area I had my car broken in to. Management is poor. Maintenance does the best they can with what they have but its a joke. Sometime the grass is cut every two days or every two months. Pet park is a mine field for dog crap and has an odor. Not flexible for residents. Overall just look somewhere else there are plenty of people who live in that complex who hate it
