Well it looks like karma finally turned its ugly head. After living there for 2 years, we were told we couldn't renew our lease by the new manager that was there. Keep in mind we lived right underneath her and she turned our apartment into a show apartment. We had things put in our file that we were never notified about, and we were never an issue the 2 years we were there. I've lived here for YEARS and never had a problem like this...AC unit has been broken for ALL of August! The hottest month! And the office acts like it's news to them when we complain WEEKLY!!
I have 3 years and i love this place, the staff its friendly and helpful. I have a Beautiful Apartment with Sunroom and im paying only $875. Everything its close shopping and Highways.
An observation the play area is neglected, dirty and not suitable for children of all ages and is not safe. They should use another type of soil for the area to be more secure and conditioned. They have the ugliest play and do not feel like playing game with the kids. I hope you read the comments.
Little things need to be done in the apartment cabinets and even laundry room door doesn't work correctly bathroom toilet handle needs to be replaced
I honestly thought this apartment complex was good until both my boyfriends and I car was broken into and they could have cared less. Don't move here.
