Great Experience! Definitely Recommend – I recently took my Toyota Camry to Sterling for body repair, and I had an exceptional experience! I was reading some of the Citysearch reviews, and I believe that the negative reviews I read would not be happy ANYWHERE they took their vehicle. Satisfied Customer – I recently took my VW Phaeton to STERLING COLLISION for body work and a total repaint. The Phaeton is a difficult car to work on, but under the watchful eye of Production Manager Sean Russell, I was completely satisfied with the final result. Sean was more than helpful with warranty issues and very concerned about getting me the best service from VW. I could not be happier with STERLING'S customer service. STERLING COLLISION IS A BAD CHOICE!! – Sterling Collision had the worst service I've ever experienced. I took my Porsche Cayenne Turbo there to repair and it took them over 5 weeks to repair simple front bumper damage. Then called me the day it was promised to be finished and said they forgot to mention my sensors aren't working. They were just going to give me the car back without finishing the repair! Terrible customer service. Poor management. Word of advise... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

do yourself a favor and look for another shop – It doesn't take a genius to figure out that auto-repair shops have a pretty strong incentive to keep ur car for as long as they can so they can bill you for as many hours as possible. Sterling Collisions elevates this to an art form. I have an M3, which i managed to dent on the fender. Best repair experience – I only have one thing to say about the repairs and customer service that my husband and I got at Sterling collision...... WOW, GREAT JOB. I want to thank Marie and her co-workers for making our car look like new. We love our car and are glad to get it back.

Quality BMW repair in Orange County – Hey all, recently I had a mishap with my beloved BMW E46 M3 coupe. And when I say beloved, I mean I love this car more than life itself… well not quite that much, but you get the idea. Specifically, my car suffered rear-end body damage. Happy customer – I was referred to Sterling auto body by my Audi dealer in Mission Viejo. I want to thank Ray and Paula for helping me with a rental car and repairing my car quickly. False Accusations – Dear ‘Porsche’ ( or maybe Soldier5082 or not), As one of the principles at Sterling Collision Center, I was very concerned reading your post and was in the process of searching our Customer Survey follow ups when something troubled me.
