Brought my 2019 Audi A8L in after someone hit my car while it was parked. Immediately i knew that i came to the right place. Liz at the front desk was very cordial, helpful and friendly and my advisor Robert was as attentive as i would have hoped. The professionalism and cleanliness of this operation is unmatched. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years. In all fairness, the body work is great. But the mechanical work is not good. I had to go 4 times back and forth to get the work done. It took a long 6 mo for a minor to moderate damage. The issue I have is that during electronic reset, the technician made a mistake and reset the entire ECU which deleted the tune. Good Repair, But Lies and Endless Delays This location used to be Sterling Collision, but it was bought by Crash Champions—and unfortunately, the service reflects poorly on the new management. They quoted me 10 days to repair my BMW.
