The most expensive cleaner in LA – They wanted $26 to clean a t-shirt dress. When I protested, they gave me 20 % off. How generous - that's still $21 TO CLEAN A T-SHIRT! Bottom line - take your super expensive, rare garments here for careful cleaning, because they do fine work, but send everything elsse to a Flair or Carriage Trade. It is really, stupidly expensive. Ask to see their price list. Most of your clothing costs about half what they wat to clean it. It's just not worth it.

Shameless liars and thieves – A total nightmare. There is no reason anyone should use this place, ever. I walked in off the street and decided to give it a try because it was conveniently located and (allegedly) offered environmentally-friendly dry cleaning. One by one, I placed my items on the counter and asked for price quotes. The prices I was quoted were astronomical, but I was in a hurry and willing to pay a little more for eco-friendly services. When I came to pick up my clothes, I was overbilled (even above the ridicu... read more

Don't Go There – Don't go there! The owners have sold Sterling to a chain. The dry cleaning is now terrible. I was a customer for more than 20 years and I no longer go there.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! – I just moved to the neighborhood, which as far as I can tell is mostly students and young professionals. So I want to know who can afford this place?! It's not just the cost -- if they want to charge exorbitant fees ($24 to dry clean a dress, $16 for a pair of jeans, etc.), that's their right, and their returning customers' privilege. But they have NO POSTED PRICE LIST and NO FEES ON YOUR TICKET to warn you that you're going to pay through the nose for what is, at best, perfectly average cleaning... read more

Consistently high quality cleaning – Yes, they are expensive, but not outrageously so with cupons (and they send cupons fairly frequently). I've generally found the staff to be pleasant (amazingly so, since I seem to one of the few customers that doesn't spend their entire drop-off and pick-up time yakking into a cell phone as though the staff doesn't exist). Most importantly, considering they're a dry cleaner, the dry cleaning is ALWAYS impeccibly done. I always get my clothes back in perfect shape--even the ones that I tho... read more

Rip Off – This place is a rip off even with coupons. Service is slow compared to other places. They always overcharge even though matters end up resolved. Repair work is patchy. Find a Mom and Pop shop instead.

dont go here – people are rude, quality of the cleaning is by far the worst ever, and being the most expensive doesnt help either. can you believe it cost $25 to dry clean a prada shirt? they determine the cost to clean an item by the brand. it's totaly backwards cause the material should be the determining factor. dont waste your time and money here!
