SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! I signed a 6month lease, never missed a payment.. the complex sent a letter sayin they will not renew my lease and now im being told i owe 3000 for a broken lease because i didn't give a 30day notice.... IF IM BEING TOLD I CAN'T RENEW THEN ISN'T THE 30DAY NOTICE ALREADY IN PLACE??? i never received a court date only a phone call saying what i owe
