Update from feb 17 Update. As they responded to this comment a week ago the issue still has not been fixed. Well she stayed home from work no one came then they came the next day (day 3 since the issue was reported) cut a big hole in the ceiling stoped the leak where it was then it started in another area they stoped that came back on day 5 said they need to get a new pipe day six replaced it and left the hole now day 13 hole still there she called the office and they were ablivious of the situation and she has to wait now t... read more
My daughter lives here and can't wait till her lease is up. Every six months the rent goes up. Since she's been there she has had over 20 work orders on her AC. Leakes from the kitchen ceiling, water turned off every other week. She has missed countless days from work for maintenance issues to come fix things. And now a leak she reported Thursday and now its friday and they say they can't promise they will be able to fix it today which means it may wait till monday at least to get fixed as its leaking all on to the floor a... read more
Horrible apartments to live in. I wouldn’t recommend living here. There’s roaches, hole in my wall, and maintenance suck. Once I had to to a whole week without ac. They don’t want to fix my bathtub that’s been peeling for almost a whole year. I have pictures and videos as proof because I already know when Its time to move out of here they’ll try to charge me for the bathtub because they don’t want to pay the venders to come out here and fix the bathtub.
