Awesome dealership to work with. We just bought a Dodge 3500 from them and it was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had (for the record we are on car number 6 in 5 years). John was fantastic to work with. As a matter of a fact, when I tell people what he did for us, they are floored at his customer service. We will never buy from anyone else again!!
This is a lesser known dealer in the region but I really enjoyed process of buying my last car from this group. I found the car online which was at their Sterling location and they were more than reasonable to bring it down. The sales process was really great as well as they were not pushy and just gave me time to look things over and decide on my time. I am happy to recommend this dealer when you are looking around.
I watched the used truck market for a month, Sterling auto was always priced lower than the competition and their trucks were in much better condition.

This car dealer is worth the drive. They treat you with respect, keep their commitments and don't do the silly negotiating tricks that car buyers find obnoxious. They are good to work with and do not sell junk.
Best dealership I have ever been to! The sales staff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in top mechanical condition. Very easy to talk to and great deal on my truck. I will never shop anywhere else. Great deal on my vehicle as well.

Great group of people!! Everyone was friendly and appreciated my business. The lot is full of late model nice trucks but I was there to buy a 2014 Harley Road King. The buying process was over the phone and due to terrible weather I wasn't able to get down there for several days. I didn't have to send a deposit or anything for them to hold the bike for me, my word that I wanted it was enough for them. These guys are absolutely fantastic! On Saturday, we saw they had a vehicle we had been looking at for a while. We went down, took it for a test drive and decided to make a deal.
