I live just 15 minutes from Sterling Auto Sales in Franktown, I have passed them by 100s of times on my way to the airport, Parker, etc. I never would have thought of stopping...until my brother in law from Utah found a vehicle for us we had been looking for...and it was right under our nose. I found a 2001 Buick Regal on Cars.com that was for sale at Sterling Auto Sales. I called and talked to Adam in Sterling and, since I live 250 miles away, had my folks go test drive it for me. He could not have been more accommodating. He arranged financing, took the down-payment via debit card and had the car delivered to their Franktown store where I picked it up on Saturday. I bought a truck about 6 months ago from John and the transaction went very smooth, however I did end up having some pretty major problems with the truck. I contacted John about 6 months after buying the truck to see if they would be willing to help me out at all and they did. They purchased the vehicle back and gave me a great deal on another truck that was 2 years newer. Since then we have also purchased my wife an SUV from John and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

If I was looking for another car to buy in the future I would definitely look here again, no pressure to buy, no harassment, everyone was very friendly and had a real sense of humor and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This was the best car buying expierence we have ever had. John was wonderful to work with. We had a lot of issues selling our truck and he worked with us in every way he could to make it better for us. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful they are to work with. We will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. Highly recomended!
