Bought a pickup. 100 miles later weird noise started. Never going back.
Absolute shit. Bought a 04 5.9 6 speed Cummins from them, not even 2 days later, injectors go bad, intake heater relays go bad, causing the truck to over fuel, then came the stuck injector, and because of the over fueling, it now needs piston rings as well. So the truck practically needs a new motor. Tried calling them mutable times, and keep getting the response “I’ll have to talk to management” Thank you to sterling auto sales for absolutely fucking me over �.
Buyer beware! Dealer sells used cars and 100 miles later the CEL comes on! The issues we had with our truck totaled $1800+. The parts that needed to be replaced should have never went out on a truck with less than 100k so long story short they sold us a POS! You call Adam and he says he will take care of it and almost never does unless you blow up his phone. Trust me don’t waste your time!
We bought a vehicle from sterling auto. Returning customer...was told I will call you back. That was November!!! I called back in January...hmmmm Adam forgot all about us, cause we weren't buying a vehicle. Still haven't had a return call, only a referral from Adam. NOT professional...and our next vehicle purchase WILL come from a more reputable car dealer and salesperson.
Adam is very good sales men. He gets thing taken care of and does not let you down. We will go back to him when we need another pickup for my husband.
They claim their vehicles are inspected from bumper to bumper, that may be true but if the vehicle has problems they are gonna do everything in their power to hide the flaws. I bought a car only to find out it needed $5,000 worth of work. The vehicle was missing two center caps , which they later claimed to have one and ordered us the other. Well the one they claimed they had, they glued it in the rim, real proffesional.��I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from these scam artists because its gonna cost you in the long run... read more
Usually when I write comments they are always good but for the first time I have to give this place a bad report. My husband and I purchased a vehicle about 2 months ago and about a month and a half after the purchase the truck we purchased broke down on us. Thank God we were in town when this happened because otherwise it would of been a very horrible senerio!
