I had contacted this dealer regarding a truck via Car Gurus. I followed up with a call, I asked about price negotiation since there was a truck with more options, less mileage, for $30 more at a nearby dealership, he did tell me they offer a military discount but do not negotiate. The gentlemen never even asked for my name, his attitude was apparent it was within two hours of closing. I then used their contact us form to let them know about my experience...no response. Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with! the original truck I wanted was sold so he found me some other options that fit my criteria. I decided not to purchase at this time, because I'm just not ready , but working with Adam was a great experience, excellent communication, friendly down to earth personality. It was like working with a friend!
I wish I had done more due diligence on my part, I bought a truck from this dealership and the sales man told me the reason the truck was priced on the higher end is because it was in such great condition. Come to find out the whole undercarriage of the truck had recently been sprayed with bedliner to cover up tons and tons of rust. Now I have a truck that most dealers won’t even take in as a trade so beware.

No customer service bought a 2017 Yukon form them bad transmission, told them about it think got a phone call back nope this place is a joke. Go to transwest.
