Our child has been thriving since attending Stepping Stones! The team here genuinely cares about supporting our child's developmental goals, and it shows in his progress every week. Everyone from the therapy team to the admin staff have been helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend this center to other families.

All the staff are incredible, kind and patient! They genuinely care about all the kids they work with. From the time we enrolled and up until now, they have made my son and family feel supported. My son is always excited to attend every session and felt really comfortable with the staff that he works with. My son, Malcolm has been getting his early intervention and all of his needed therapies at Stepping Stones since his initial autism diagnosis just after his third birthday ( My son is eight years old now). He has also gotten supported learning sessions to assist with his adapted education plan . They have provided documentation whenever I have needed it as well as advocating for my son in multiple different areas of his life, including school and medical support .Stepping Stones centre has become like a second family to us. ... read more

Behaviour Interventionists are underpaid which translates into frequent staff turnover and in turn, lack of consistency. Progress reports were hard to come by even when requested. Cancellation policy was basically non-existent. They keep you waiting outside until the very last minute to start sessions but end sessions early.
