Hard to get a callback from the receptionist, you have to call multiple times over a span of days with them.
Their main pediatrician went on leave and they never contacted us to let us know. We only just found out when our kids were redirected to a new office. Very disappointing
I’ve been trying to make my kids an appointment here and it’s impossible!
Stepping Stone Pediatrics - Do Not Recommend The staff here is very friendly, but unfortunately, the professionalism and reliability are nonexistent. We had an issue right away when I mentioned I was not wanting to vaccinate my baby just yet. They informed me that they are a "pro-vaccine" pediatrician and that my baby would need to be vaccinated in order to continue being seen at their practice.
