Mr. Stepp owns a piece of land in the Wexford neighborhood. I have asked him numerous times to take care of this property and he won't. The grass is up to my shoulders. There are snakes, field mice and rats coming out of there onto my property. If this is how he takes care of his land how do you think he would take care of yours.
