I happened to see a dress on a model on the news that they were on one day and just loved it. So I contacted them by Facebook and I ordered the dress by phone. Lacey was so helpful with my order I told her that I would be in later to pick up, and I did. But unfortunately I came in close to closing and I decided not to try the dress on . They told me if it didn't fit call back the next day and they would hold a different size for me and they did. I was referred to Stephenson's to get my Maggie Sottero wedding gown rather than going to Greta's in South Bend . (I have heard terrible things about really bad customer service at Greta's!) I live in South Bend, but drove several times to Elkhart and I received amazing. prompt and detailed service. If you can, ask for Deb. She was so kind and very easy to work with.
