I paid over a thousand dollars for my daughters wedding dress, we scheduled fittings to have some small alterations done. when we drove two hours for the fitting and I took off a day of work to go there, much to our amazement they had not only done none of the alterations, but the seamstress didn't even remember she had scheduled the appointment. We had also had a death in the family and had set aside time to do this anyway. I will never go to this shop again� Nor would I recommend them to anyone��������
I came in to shop for a special occasion I have coming up. When I walked in the door, the two women at the front glanced at me and turned their heads. I was never once greeted or asked if I needed assistance while I shopped. When I left, the same two women were in the exact same spot and didn't say a word to me. I felt like I wasn't good enough to shop there and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.

I had an appointment a couple weeks ago to wedding dress shop. My associate was not very helpful and when I tired to explain what I was looking for her response was "Well we are not Kleinfields". I also tried to talk to her about how their Tuxedo rental worked for a destination wedding and her response was "that she wasn't sure and it would to be looked into", but never offer to find out for me.
